How it works
Subscribe or pick a single task
The monthly subscription offers the most benefits, but single tasks are available too. All payments are handled by Stripe.
We start right away
Once the payment is done, a Trello board is created. You see open, in-progress and done tasks at any time.
One task at a time
Each task is finished before the next one starts, in 24–48h on average. Drag the cards to change the order.

How do we communicate?
Through Trello. No meetings, everything async.
What is Trello?
A task management tool. You see every task as a card on a board: trello.com
Which languages can I use?
English, German and Italian.
What if I don’t need it anymore?
You can cancel or pause at any time. Pausing is often the better choice because it keeps your Trello board. To pause, email support@sysadm.ing, as pausing is not possible in the Stripe billing portal.
Is there a limit on tasks?
No. With a valid subscription you can create as many tasks as you want.
How fast will tasks get done?
On average within 24–48 hours. More complex tasks can take longer.
Which servers do you support?
Linux distributions only.
Is there an emergency option?
Not at the moment, although everything possible will be done to finish tasks as fast as possible.
How do I cancel my El Matador subscription?
In your Stripe billing portal.
Is this 24/7?
No. Any longer period of unavailability is announced to you in advance.
Are there any refunds?
No, work that has been done cannot be refunded.
